    Position: Kitchen Staff

    Hours: Flexible (Weekends included)

    Are you passionate about cooking and ready to be part of a passionate team? We’re seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team, if you love cooking, are flexible with your schedule, and enjoy working in a collaborative kitchen, we’d love to have you!

    What You’ll Do:

    -Assist in the preparation and cooking of brunch dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.

    -Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute daily menus efficiently during peak hours.

    -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following hygiene and safety protocols.

    -Work quickly and efficiently under pressure during busy periods.

    -Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Flexible availability, including weekends (our busiest time).

    Ability to work under pressure, especially during high-volume brunch service.

    Proficiency in English; French or Dutch is a plus but not required.

    Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment.

    Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is an asset but not mandatory; training will be provided.

    Position: Service Staff (Student Job/Flexi Job)
    Location: Brussels, Antwerp, Leuven
    Hours: Flexible (Weekends included)
    Languages: English required, French and/or Dutch

    Are you a student or someone looking for a flexi job? We’re seeking Student to join our Kafei family! If you love interacting with people, have a passion for customer service, and do well under pressure, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

    What You’ll Do:

    -Greet and welcome customers with a warm, friendly attitude.

    -Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a positive customer experience.

    -Handle payments and provide excellent service throughout the customer’s visit.

    -Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.

    -Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the eating area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Friendly and customer-oriented individual who enjoys working with people.

    Flexible availability, including weekends (our busiest time).

    Ability to work under pressure.

    Proficiency in English or Dutch; French is a plus but not required.

    Previous experience in a service role is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

    Team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to help out where needed.

  • Student Atelier

    Position: Atelier Student
    Location: Kafei Atelier (Rue antoine dansaert)
    Hours: Flexible (Morning shifts during weekdays)
    Languages: French

    Are you passionate about pastry and eager to learn in a creative and hands-on environment? We’re looking for a motivated Atelier Student to join our team! If you love baking, enjoy working in a collaborative space, and are excited to develop your skills, we’d love to welcome you.

    What You’ll Do:

    -Assist in the daily preparation of pastries, cookies, and other baked goods, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

    -Help with measuring, mixing, and portioning ingredients according to recipes.

    -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, following hygiene and safety standards.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Availability for morning shifts during weekdays.

    Passion for pastry and a genuine interest in learning the art of baking.

    Proficiency in either French is mandatory

    A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.

    No prior experience is required, but an eagerness to develop skills in a professional baking environment is essential.
